Depending on your order fulfillment process and your workflow choices, you may prefer to print shipping labels for all your orders at once, instead of one at a time. Endicia Professional lets you import your order lists, stage them for printing, and print them in a batch. Now you can print labels for the 50 orders that came in last night, plus the 20 orders that were placed this morning all at the same time.

Maybe you send books and DVD’s using Media Mail, T-shirts using First-Class Mail, and heavy ceramic bobble-heads in Flat-Rate Priority boxes. With Print Staging, you can assign varying mail classes and weights to your packages before printing. You can enter the package data directly in the software or include that information in your order file to reduce your fulfillment time.

Within seconds all your addresses will be verified, and with the click of a button, the shipping labels for all your selected orders will print in one fell swoop. You can even customize your labels with order numbers or descriptions of the shipments to avoid fulfillment errors.
