Domestic Mail	domestic mail   Endicia lets you print complete, prepaid postage for any single-piece domestic mail class offered by the US Postal Service, including military (APO/FPO) addresses. Whether it’s First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail, Media Mail, Library Mail, or Parcel Post – choose your mail class and print with Endicia to save time. Endicia computes the exact postage you need, so you don't overpay for postage or risk your packages arriving to your customer postage-due.
International Mail	international mail   The USPS delivers your shipments to over 200 countries, and Endicia makes it easy. Endicia chooses the correct customs forms, pre-fills the information, and prints them in one integrated label with your postage. All you need to do is declare the contents.
InstaPostage Sheets & Rolls	InstaPostage   InstaPostage allows you to create stamps for any mailing class with any amount of postage on them. And since there’s no expiration date, you can use them whenever you need them. Print InstaPostage stamps on special labels designed for your Dymo LabelWriter or your regular laser or inkjet printer.
Electronic Delivery & Signature Confirmation	delivery confirmation   With Delivery Confirmation you’ll have solid proof that your packages arrived at their destinations. Adding Delivery Confirmation to your packages is easy and affordable. In fact, with Endicia, it’s free with Priority Mail and discounted for all domestic parcel classes. For even more security, Signature Confirmation is also available at a discount.
Address Verification	address verification   Bad addresses can delay delivery, get your package sent back to you, or even land your mail at the wrong destination. Endicia takes all of the domestic addresses you ship to and runs them against the USPS address database to make sure they are deliverable. Endicia will then find and add the 9-digit ZIP+4 to further streamline delivery.
Integrated Forms (Express Mail, Express/Priority/First-Class International)	integrated forms   Endicia prints complete labels for Express Mail and Express Mail International services, so you don't have to fill out any forms by hand. For Express Mail, you can even print the integrated forms in a convenient, single-copy 4"x6" format. For Express Mail International, the correct number of copies will be printed on 8.5"x11" sheets to attach to your packages. Endicia's International labels also feature an integrated customs declaration, eliminating yet another form.
International Mail Advisor	international mail advisor   Take the guess work out of international shipping and avoid costly mistakes with the International Mail Advisor. See the cost, weight/size restrictions, and delivery standards for the mail class you choose to your destination. The advisor also has the latest information on restrictions, prohibitions and delivery areas in the country you’re shipping to.

Optional Service Fee Payment (Certified, Registered, COD)	optional services   With Endicia you can easily add the exact postage fees for extra services from the US Postal Service to your letters and packages. Stealth Postage	stealth postage   Stealth Postage helps you avoid upset customers and bad vendor ratings by replacing the dollar amount of postage with the words "US Postage and Fees Paid." Customers will not be confused between the Shipping and Handling fee you charged and the amount you paid for postage.
Return Shipping Labels	return shipping labels   Manage your return shipping quickly and easily with return shipping labels. With Endicia Premium, you can print a label that your customer can put on a package to be returned. The printed label can be sent through the mail or you can print a .pdf image of the label and email it directly to your customer for the quickest customer service.
Business Reply Mail	business reply mail   While most CASS-Certified BRM Design applications can cost over $300, Endicia includes it with Premium and Professional accounts. Whether you are designing a BRM postcard, label or envelope the Endicia software will provide artistic freedom – while adhering to the strict guidelines of the US Postal Service. Along with your Endicia account, you’ll need a Business Reply Mail permit from USPS.
Bulk Acceptance Scans	bulk acceptance scans   This feature gives your customer proof that their package was picked up by the USPS. Your whole day's shipments are linked to a single barcoded form that the USPS scans when your packages are picked up. When this scan data is uploaded into the postal system that night, all your packages will be marked, "The USPS accepted this item at Date and Time."

Thermal Printer Support	thermal printer support   Endicia supports most popular brands of thermal printers right out of the box with pre-defined layouts for a wide range of mail classes. If your printer isn't supported, our extensive list of pre-defined layouts, will allow you to easily customize a layout for your printer. And you can save the layout with your choice of thermal printer pre-selected, so you'll never have to worry about sending the labels to the wrong printer again.
Scale Integration	scale integration   Using an integrated scale to mail and ship with Endicia can save you time and headaches. You'll streamline shipping and avoid the embarrassment of postage-due delivery or returned packages without overpaying for postage. Just place the package on a scale connected to your computer and press the Weigh button. With scale integration, Endicia retrieves the weight from the scale and rounds it up correctly for you.
Software Postage Log	software postage log   Endicia’s Postage Log lets you keep track of postage prints and purchases. It holds all the information you need about each transaction. You can search, sort, print and export all of the information. You can send notification email for any transaction or check its status with one click. It’s the smartest way to manage your postage spending.
Web-based Reports	web-based reports   Access your entire shipping history from any computer online using Endicia's Account Management web-site. View your postage balance; find out how much you’ve spent on postage last week, last month or last year; or look at a detailed listing of your trackable packages with their delivery information. You don't have to be at your shipping PC to track your Endicia account. Everything you need is at your fingertips on www.endicia.com.
Label Customization	label customization   You can make your business more recognizable by adding company logos and/or other graphics to your postage labels and envelopes. Once created, these layouts can be saved and reused to speed up your process. You can even use advanced Label Customization to add package specific information, such as an order or invoice number to your label.
Email Notification	email notification   Cut down on customer service calls by notifying your customer of a shipment via email. The message will show the customer when the package was sent, which class of mail was used, and what address it was sent to. The email links to a web page that displays the latest delivery status for that specific package.
Online Package Lookup	online package lookup   Online Package Lookup gives you the ability to find out immediately if the packages you sent have arrived at their destinations. Just enter the date you printed the label, and who you sent the item to, and you get the package's delivery status.
Delivery Statistics	delivery statistics   Endicia's unique Delivery Statistics reporting tool helps you monitor the efficiency of your shipments for any time period. Find out average delivery times for your trackable packages at the click of a button. There's a good chance your average times will be less than USPS estimates. You'll have a proven delivery track record to promote to your customers and confidence that the Postal Service is working just as hard as you are.
Third Party Software (XML) Integration	third party software   Print shipping labels directly from the store management software you already use. XML Integration allows Endicia to run directly from your shopping cart program or online auction software. If you’ve created your own store management program you can also use XML to integrate with Endicia.
Database (ODBC) Integration	database (odbc) integration   When you scan or enter an order or invoice number, Endicia Professional can retrieve the shipping address from your database or delimited file and automatically verify the address. Just place a package on your scale, choose a mail class, and print. You can also post that shipment data back to your database. The post-back can be done automatically or controlled by you in an end-of-day process.
Print Staging	print staging   Endicia Professional lets you import your order lists, stage them for printing, and print them in a batch. With Print Staging, you can assign varying mail classes and weights to your packages before printing. You can enter the package data directly in the software or include that information in your order file to reduce your fulfillment time.

Parcel Insurance	parcel insurance   Insure your packages from your desk and save. Parcel Insurance can be selected for any package when you print the label. There are no extra sign-ups, no forms to fill, no extra trips to the post office, and you do not need to send in any monthly manifests. You can insure your packages for up to $5,000; and you can insure shipments to US addresses and most international destinations.
Third Party Insurance	third party insurance   If you have a third party insurance provider for your packages, you can use it with your Endicia service. Simply select 3rd Party Insurance and enter the value and description of the parcel when you print the shipping label. At the end of the month (or any other period specified by your insurer), run the Third-Party Insurance report from your Endicia Postage Log and send it along with your insurance premium payment to the insurer.
USPS Insured Mail	usps insured mail   If you prefer to insure your packages with USPS insurance, you can select this option while printing your labels with Endicia. Just declare the value and Endicia will calculate the USPS insurance premium and add it to your printed postage. To use USPS insurance you’ll need to fill out the appropriate forms and present your USPS Insured Packages at the retail counter at your Post Office.
